Billing & Account Management: Payments, Credits, and Plan Changes

This guide covers how to manage your billing, view receipts, handle credits, and make account changes such as downgrades or deletions.


💳 1. Payment Options

We currently accept multiple payment methods, including:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Other supported digital payment services depending on your region.

All payments are securely processed and managed via our trusted payment provider.


🧾 2. How to Get Your Receipt

A payment receipt is automatically sent to your email once a payment is successfully completed.

If you do not receive your receipt:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
  2. If you still can’t find it, please contact our support team with your registered email and payment date.

Our team will resend your receipt promptly.


💰 3. Unused Credits Policy

Unused credits under a subscription plan do not roll over to the next month.

  • Subscription Plans: Credits are valid until the end of your billing cycle.
  • One-Time Purchase Plans (Premium): Credits remain available until used up.

⚠️ It’s recommended to use your credits before your billing cycle renews to make full use of your plan.


🗑️ 4. How to Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your VIDIO account:

  1. Log in to your VIDIO dashboard.
  2. Click your user menu (top-right corner).
  3. Select “Delete account.”

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your projects, data, and credits will be lost.


🔽 5. How to Downgrade Your Current Plan

If you want to downgrade your current plan, please contact VIDIO Support via email.

Include the following details in your request:

  • Your full name and registered email.
  • Your current plan.
  • The plan you wish to downgrade to.

Once received, our team will review your request and confirm when the downgrade will take effect. In most cases, the downgrade will start from the next billing cycle.

If there are specific terms or differences in credit usage or limits, we’ll inform you in our response.
